When we began watching the movie Amélie, we found that a portion of the movie had almost no dialogues.We intuited the power of speech not only through facial expression, but also through the portrayal of another mood by colour, etc. The movie was set in a french setting. It had many details to it. The feeling of detachment was portrayed by the protagonist Amelie , the fear of abandonment always made her inferior about herself.
She has always been curious,lonely as she lack social it becomes difficult for her to express her true mind out to the people. She isolated her but then again she want to be relate able to the people tries to fix messy lives around her.
The theme was how lonely and introverted people go about their lives to stop their happiness and their own closure.
A supporting role as an old man guides her ,and observes her actions and help her to make her choices work and not to be too closed about her love.
In the end, she finds the love and happiness that for which ,she helped everyone looking for.
